Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Choose your return reason and download the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your 12th Tribe store credit via email within 5-7 business days.
